At Anatomy Arts we pride ourselves on never compromising on quality. We stock what is considered the highest quality standard jewellery amongst our industry. We stock a range of approved and verified brands such as Junipurr, Anatometal, Buddha, Neometal, Industrial strength, Epoch, Inari, Body gems, Kiwi diamond, BVLA and also small jewellery makers such as APEX and Rua handmade. The list will continue to grow as we pride ourselves on having the widest range of stock in Bicester to suit everyones unique taste. Please note that all sales are final.

We are unable to send titanium or niobium jewellery back to the manufacturer if there is a breakage.
We can offer a replacement at a discount of 30% as compensation but we are not liable to breakages once the jewellery and the client have left the studio premises.

Our solid gold manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty on all solid gold including attachments, rings, chains etc. once the breakage is not from user error.
If a breakage occurs please email us and we can assess the breakage. Most of the time we are able to return broken jewellery, you are not covered if jewellery is lost.
Different brands have different policies, some require additional postage + packing, shipping insurance etc. which you will be made aware of if applicable.
Each piece of jewellery we order goes through quality control of the company we've ordered from. Once the jewellery arrives with us one of our piercers will check it over, each piece carefully inspected to ensure it is up to our standard of polish, there are no weak points in welding and its overall appearance. If there are issues upon arrival, it's sent back to the manufacturer to be replaced.
Jewellery is designed to be installed and removed, if it is broken by user error or is lost we are unable to replace any jewellery. Once you leave the studio your jewellery is your responsibility. Please ensure you are checking the tightness of your jewellery on a regular basis. Please note that all sales are final.
